Rebecca Elias, a native of Madison, New Jersey, works in the Childresn's Hospital of Philadelphia Development Department. She has a B.A. in Theater from Fordham University and a M.F.A. in Arts Management from Brooklyn College.

She married her college sweetheart, Chris, in March 2000.
